The 2023 Arts and Culture Launch Program is coming to Kyneton this December! On Thursday 15 December, head down to the Kyneton Town Hall for a preview of some of the incredible acts from local performers set to take place at the Kyneton Town Hall and Kyneton Museum in 2023.

With the end of the year fast approaching, November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Willow in Gisborne. In Stages 10 and 11, electrical and communications works have recently been completed, with watermains works also complete in Stage 10 and nearing completion in Stage 11.

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.
