The team on the ground at Willow is off to a flying start for 2023, with works progressing smoothly across all Stages under construction. We are pleased to announce that in Stages 10 and 11, Lot grading and topsoiling is now underway, with base pavement works to commence soon.

With the end of the year fast approaching, November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Willow in Gisborne. In Stages 10 and 11, electrical and communications works have recently been completed, with watermains works also complete in Stage 10 and nearing completion in Stage 11.

Following a significant boom in regional areas, the National Housing Finance and Investment Corporation have extended the Regional First Home Buyers Guarantee (RFHBG) for an additional 10,000 places each year until 25 June 2025. The RFHBG allows eligible first-home buyers to enter the market with a deposit of as little as 5% without paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance.

October marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Willow, with works powering along and Statements of Compliance achieved for two stages! In Stage 8, we’re pleased to share that Statements of Compliance have been achieved and all lots have been settled.

Taking place on Saturday 29 October, this local market is home to a variety of stalls offering fresh fruit and vegetables, bread and baked goods, meat, eggs, preserves and beverages.
