SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
The team on the ground at Willow is off to a flying start for 2023, with works progressing smoothly across all Stages under construction.
We are pleased to announce that in Stages 10 and 11, Lot grading and topsoiling is now underway, with base pavement works to commence soon. At present, we anticipate Stages 10 and 11 to achieve Statement of Compliance in March, with settlements to follow in April!
In Stage 12, kerb and channel works have been completed, with electrical trenching and mains conduit works currently in progress, while works on the communication conduits and service pits are set to commence shortly.
In Stage 14, works have been progressing smoothly, with the sub-base pavement complete and kerb and channel work well underway, paving the way for electrical works to follow.
We are excited to report that in Stage 13, stripping works are complete, while in Stage 15, stabilising is finished! In both Stages, bulk earthworks are currently underway and sewer reticulation is set to commence soon.
