2022 IN REVIEW
It has been a busy year at Willow! We have welcomed our 450th purchasers, 2023 enrolments opened for Willowbank Primary School, and we reached major construction milestones. Let’s have a look at all we have achieved at Willow this year.
Willow Welcomed its 450th Purchasers
In April, we celebrated Willow’s 450th purchasers – Emily and Michael! Currently residing in neighbouring Romsey, the young couple look forward to returning to Emily’s hometown. Emily and Michael were drawn to life at Willow and the wider Gisborne community. They had been watching the estate since its launch, eagerly anticipating the larger lots. When they were released, the couple knew this was the right decision for them. We look forward to welcoming Emily and Michael to the Willow community!
Willowbank Primary School Opened
In exciting news, Willowbank Primary School opened for Term 1, 2022 and are now accepting enrolments for 2023. Prospective families were invited to attend one of the many school tours that took place in July, August and September. We are thrilled that this close-knit school community located within Willow continues to grow and offers both current and future families unmatchable convenience.
Sales and Construction Update
In 2022, Willow continued to grow as construction works progressed. The concrete footpath and driveway paving is nearing completion in Stage 10, and currently underway in Stage 11 following the recent completion of the water reticulation. In Stage 12 road crossing conduits are complete and the team is currently working on road boxing, while in Stage 14, electrical and communications works are complete and watermain works are in progress. In Stage 15, the site establishment is complete and bulk earthworks are now underway.
