SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
March has been a busy month for the team at Willow Gisborne, with works across the stages under construction progressing well.
In Stages 10 and 11, lot grading and topsoiling is complete, with Authority Testing now underway. Despite some unforeseen but minor delays during the Authority Testing phase, the team expects to receive Statements of Compliance in the coming weeks.
Over in Stages 12 and 14, electrical trenching and main conduits have recently been completed, with concrete footpath and driveway paving works underway in both Stages. Following these works, easement drainage and sewer reticulation will commence in Stage 12, while topsoiling is on the horizon for Stage 14.
In Stages 13 and 15, bulk earthworks are complete and drainage works are in progress, with sewer reticulation set to commence shortly.
