SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a busy start to the year for the Team at Willow, with works progressing smoothly on the stages under construction and more exciting milestones achieved!
We are thrilled to announce that in Stage 13, Titles were registered earlier this year and Settlements have now taken place! We look forward to welcoming Willow’s newest residents to the growing community.
Over in Stage 16, water and gas installation has been completed, with sewer and drainage works nearing completion. Meanwhile, road boxing works are complete, with base pavement and road kerb installation works to follow.
Our civil contractor has mobilised on the final Stage at Willow (Stage 16B), marking an exciting project milestone for the team and our future residents! Site establishment works are set to commence imminently, with bulk earthworks to follow soon after.
Over in the both the Northern and Southern Wetlands, civil works are nearing completion with landscaping works to commence immediately after.
