With the end of the year fast approaching, November marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Willow in Gisborne.

In Stages 10 and 11, electrical and communications works have recently been completed, with watermains works also complete in Stage 10 and nearing completion in Stage 11. Works on the concrete footpaths and driveway paving are currently underway in both Stages, with topsoiling works and lot pegging to kick off shortly.

In Stage 12, electrical trenching and conduit installation is now complete, with the team currently working on the road crossing conduits. Once complete, excavation to subgrade works will commence.

In Stage 14, electrical and communications works are complete and watermain works are in progress, paving the way for the team to commence works on the road crossing conduits, while in Stage 15, the site establishment is complete and bulk earthworks are underway. Once complete, the subgrade stabilisation will commence.
