Looking back on 2024 at Willow

As 2024 comes to an end we’re reflecting on the incredible progress and achievements at Willow. From welcoming new residents to the completion of key stages and stunning new amenities, it’s been a year of growth, community spirit, and creating spaces for families to thrive.

This year, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming over 60 new households to our thriving Willow community, with the completion of Stage 13 and Stage 16 adding to the existing 600+ lots that have already been created.

Elsewhere in Willow, the team hit a huge milestone in December – the achievement of Statement of Compliance for the final stage; Stage 16B! Titles are expected in the coming week and, Settlements expected to occur in January 2025.

We look forward to seeing these new residents who have joined our Willow community begin to enjoy their new homes in proximity to Willowbank Primary School, the Stage 9 Reserve, and surrounding Wetlands.

These residents also have much to look forward to with our team continuing to expand Willow’s recreational spaces with future Reserves across upcoming Stages 13, 14, 15 and 16B.

Further adding to our community’s masterplan design is the upcoming landscaping completion of the Wetlands, which will provide new, scenic spaces for relaxation, walking, and community gatherings.
