In exciting news, Stage 16B is expected to receive Statement of Compliance in early December. Titles will be received around one week after SoC is achieved, and Settlements will occur two weeks after Titles are received. Over in the Wetlands, landscaping has progressed along smoothly, with completion of WQ1 landscaping expected by the end of November, and WQ2 landscaping expected to be completed by early December.
