It’s been a busy month at Willow, with our dedicated team working hard across the community to ensure smooth progress.

In great news, Settlements in Stage 16 have occurred! We look forward to seeing homes begin construction and residents soon enjoying the country-living lifestyle in Gisborne.

Over in Stage 16B, we have achieved Practical Completion with construction now completed! The steps towards achieving Statement of Compliance (SoC) are now underway and it is expected in early November. Titles will be expected around one week after SoC is completed, and Settlements will occur two weeks after Titles are received. Purchasers in this Stage should ensure their finances are ready for their upcoming Settlement. Our team is here to assist you with any questions about the Settlement process.

Landscaping in the Wetlands is advancing smoothly, with both the Northern and Southern Wetlands on track for completion in late November 2024.
