September has been a busy month at Willow, with significant progress made throughout the community.

We are pleased to announce Settlements for Stage 16 occurred towards the end of September 2024. Our team are excited to see the progress of the construction of your dream home!

Meanwhile, Stage 16B continues to progress well! Electrical works have been completed, while construction of the footpaths and topsoiling are approaching completion. Practical Completion is expected to be achieved in the coming days! While Statement of Compliance (SoC) for Stage 16B is expected to be achieved around mid to late October. Titles will be expected around one week after SoC is achieved, and Settlements will occur two weeks after Titles are received. Our team is available to help if you have any questions regarding the Settlement process.

Over to the Wetlands, landscaping is moving along nicely, with completion still anticipated for November 2024.
