It was a busy August at Willow, with impressive progress made across the community.

In exciting news, Statement of Compliance (SoC) for Stage 16 is expected to be achieved in the coming days! Titles will be expected around one week after SoC is achieved, and Settlements will occur two weeks after Titles are received. Purchasers in this Stage should ensure their finances are ready for the upcoming Settlement. Our team are available to help if you have any questions regarding the Settlement process.

Stage 16B continues to come to life! Kerb and channel works have now been completed and electrical works have commenced.

Over in the Wetlands, the team is thrilled to announce that landscaping works have officially commenced on both the Northern and Southern Wetlands! Completion of the landscaping is on track for the end of 2024.

From our Sales Office, you can now save $20,000 on Titled Lots, letting you build sooner for less!
