Sales & Construction Update

This month the Willow team has reached significant milestones, and are eager to share the latest updates from across the growing community.

Excitingly in Stage 16, the team has received Practical Completion (PC) for the civil works, and are now working on achieving Statement of Compliance (SoC) from the relevant Authorities! Titles will be expected around one week after SoC is achieved, and Settlements will occur two weeks after Titles are received. Purchasers in this Stage should ensure their finances are ready for the upcoming Settlement. Our team are available to help if you have any questions regarding the Settlement process.

Stage 16B is coming together quickly, as road boxing is complete! Water and gas services installation is now underway, and the team is excited to see the progress unfold on the final stage of Willow.

Exciting milestones are on the horizon in the Wetlands, as Practical Completion inspections have occurred. With landscaping set to commence imminently, keep an eye out for more updates on the feature Wetlands.
