Sales & Construction Update

The Willow team has made significant progress on site this month, with more exciting project milestones on the horizon in the coming weeks.

Works in Stage 16 have progressed smoothly throughout April, with electrical installation nearing completion and footpath and driveway concreting works ongoing! Furthermore, topsoiling works are set to commence in the coming weeks.

Over in Stage 16B, bulk earthworks and sewer installation works are now complete! Drainage works have now commenced on site, with water and gas installation works to follow.

Excitingly, Practical Completion of the civil works in the Wetlands is expected imminently, with landscaping works to follow shortly after!
