December has been a busy month at Willow, and the team are excited to bring you the final Construction and Sales update for 2023.

In Stage 15, we are pleased to announce that Settlements have taken place. We look forward to seeing the new builds commence in the coming months.

Moving over to Stage 13, we are thrilled to announce that Statement of Compliance (SOC) has been received, with Titles set to be registered in early January 2024 and Settlements to follow.

On site, the construction team have been working hard, with watermain installation works in Stage 16 now complete, and sewer and drainage works set to be completed in early 2024 alongside commencement of Stage 16B civil works.
