SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another action-packed month for the Willow team, with works progressing smoothly on the stages under construction and more exciting project milestones achieved!
We’re pleased to share that we recently achieved Statement of Compliance and Title Registration in Stage 15. With settlements occurring, we look forward to seeing new builds commence in the coming months!
In Stage 13, Brooking Road works are now complete, with Practical Completion of the Stage imminent. The team is now working through final Authority approvals ahead of Statement of Compliance and Title Registration in the new year.
Meanwhile in Stage 16, sewer and drainage installation works are progressing smoothly, with water and gas installation works to follow. Further, engineering design is nearing completion for Stage 16B, with construction set to commence at the beginning of 2024!
