SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
Construction is in full swing at Willow, and September has been another successful month.
Following achieving SOC on Stage 14 in August, Settlements for residents on the 6th of September 2023. This marks another significant milestone in the growth of our community and the team look forward to seeing more new builds commence here in the coming weeks.
Recently, we completed the rock retaining wall in Stage 15. Our team have been working on topsoiling the nature strips and are currently preparing to begin priming and asphalt works in this stage.
In Stage 13, concrete footpath and driveway paving have been successfully completed. As the civil works and final topsoiling continue to progress smoothly, Settlements for Stage 13 are anticipated for November 2023.
Keep an eye on Stage 15, with final works and compliance checks underway, is on track to receive SOC this early October, with settlements projected for mid-October.
