SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It has been an action-packed month at Willow, with the team successfully achieving Statement of Compliance (SOC) in Stage 12, and settlements scheduled for this month!
In Stage 14, Authority compliance testing is imminent from achieving SOC.
In Stage 15, concrete footpath and driveway paving was recently completed, with the topsoiling of nature strips and allotments currently underway. Over the coming weeks, the civil team will focus on completing the balance of retailing rock wall works, with Settlements currently expected for October 2023.
In Stage 13, electrical trenching and communications works were recently completed, with concrete footpath and driveway paving currently underway. This Stage will see the topsoiling being completed in the coming weeks. Settlements for Stage 13 are anticipated for November 2023.
