SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It has been a busy month for the team at Willow, with construction works progressing well across the various stages.
In Stages 12 and 14, Authority Compliance testing is underway, with Settlements for these stages scheduled for August 2023.
Over in Stage 15, electrical trenching and communications installation was completed this month, with concrete footpath and driveway paving works getting underway. Following these works, topsoiling of the nature strips and the allotments will commence.
In Stage 13, subsoil drainage was recently completed, with electrical trenching and communications install currently underway. In the coming weeks, concrete footpath and driveway paving will be commencing.
