SALES & CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

It has been a busy month for the team at Willow, with works across the stages under construction progressing well.

In Stage 12 & 14, asphalting and topsoiling are coming to an end. Authority testing is underway and settlements are scheduled for early August 2023.

In Stage 15, electrical trenching and communications are complete, with concrete footpath and driveway paving now in progress. Topsoiling of the nature strips and allotments are set to commence shortly.

Over in Stage 13, road crossing conduits and excavation to subgrade was recently completed, with soil drainage currently underway. The team has scheduled sub base road pavement to begin in the coming weeks.
