SALES AND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been a busy month at Willow, with the team working hard across all Stages under construction to ensure works continue to progress smoothly.
In Stage 12, easement sewer and rock retaining wall construction has been completed while drainage and concrete sleeper walls are currently underway. The team will be commencing topsoiling as construction progresses.
In Stage 14, electrical trenching and main conduits are now complete, while concrete footpath construction and driveway paving is now underway. The team will commence topsoiling works in this Stage in the coming weeks.
Over in Stage 15, the team has finished watermain and road crossing conduits, while electrical trenching is currently underway, and communications ducts and pit works are on the horizon.
In Stage 13, sewer reticulation and water reticulation was recently completed. Road crossing conduits are currently in progress, and we will see subgrade excavation take place over the coming weeks.
