SALES AND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
It’s been another busy month at Willow, with the team working hard across the Stages under construction to ensure works continue to progress smoothly.
In Stages 10 and 11, we are pleased to share that Statements of Compliance have been achieved! Settlements are expected to take place in May, and we can’t wait to welcome Willow’s newest residents as they get started on their builds.
In Stage 12, the concrete footpath and driveway paving has recently been completed, with easement sewer reticulation and rock retaining wall works currently underway. Following completion, the team will commence topsoiling for this Stage.
In Stage 14, electrical trenching and mains conduits are now complete, while concrete footpath construction and driveway paving is underway. The team will commence topsoiling works in the coming weeks.
In Stage 15, the team has finished drainage works, while sewer reticulation and watermain works are currently underway, and road crossing works are on the horizon.
In Stage 13, bulk earthworks are now complete and drainage works are in progress, preparing the site for sewer reticulation.
