October marked another busy month for the team on the ground at Willow, with works powering along and Statements of Compliance achieved for two stages!

In Stage 8, we’re pleased to share that Statements of Compliance have been achieved and all lots have been settled. In Stage 9, Statements of Compliance and Titles have recently been achieved and settlements are currently underway, with all lots expected to be settled by the end of the month. We can’t wait to welcome Willow’s newest residents and see the builds commence!

In Stage 10, sewer works, water reticulation and road crossing conduits are complete, and sub-base pavement, kerb and channels works are currently underway. Once complete, the team will get started on electrical and NBN installation.

Sewer works and water reticulation have also been recently completed in Stage 11, with road crossing conduits and sub-base pavement works currently in progress and kerb and channel works on the horizon.

In Stages 12 and 14, bulk earthworks are now complete! Drainage and sewer works are currently underway, soon to be followed by water and gas reticulation.
