Looking for a mid-week reset? Join Rachael every Wednesday morning for Kundalini Yoga, a powerful practice blending movement, breath, mantra, and meditation to nurture and transform you from the inside out.

Hosted by Heart of the Horse, these 1.5-hour classes take place in a cosy bell tent at 275 Zig Zag Road, Drummond North, a convenient 30-minute northern drive from our beautiful Willow community.

The tent, heated for cooler days, creates a sacred and tranquil space for participants to co-create healing energy during the practice.

Perfect for seasoned yogis or newbies discovering the yoga mat, everyone is welcome, and no prior yoga experience is needed.

Classes are held every Wednesday at 9:30am (excluding school holidays and July), making this the perfect midweek escape to reconnect with yourself.
