It’s been an action packed month at Willow in Gisborne, with works on the ground progressing smoothly across the stages.

In Stage 8, electrical works have recently been completed, with Statement of Compliance on the horizon as this Stage approaches Practical Completion.

In Stage 9, electrical works, alongside asphalting works, have now been completed. Lot grading, topsoiling and retaining walls are currently underway, with sewer testing and Practical Completion anticipated to follow in late September, and both Statement of Compliance and Titles to follow in October.

In Stage 10, drainage pipes and pits have been completed, while easement drainage pipes and pit works are currently underway. This will prepare the site for water reticulation and road crossing service conduits to be constructed over the coming month.

Moving to Stage 11, bulk earthworks have been completed, with sewer reticulation currently in progress and water reticulation on the horizon. In Stages 12 and 14, site preparation has been completed and bulk earthworks are now underway, with sewer reticulation works to follow.
